dear people., regarding the serious article about Chua's decision not to release the SARs cumulative cases, it might have a sensible side to this decision, so I am taking back my criticism on this decision. Wasn't really reading carefully, however, i still think it a bit RIDICULOUS for a lawyer to be put in charge of doctors. What an Insult !!
