Tauke fooji is coming back to IPOH!!!

Yes, he is coming back for the long weekend, straight away after the last tutorial with our great Doctor Chong.
Hope there'll be no jam.

Will be travelling with old friend Jason Raj, hopefully he would not charge me too much for the ride, he got the history of doing that!!! haaha...

Plans for the weekend:- Look for some old friends, family dinner, and of course- study properly before the new lecturer comes...................................................................

Here's s a story for you medics:-
Last night in the ward, a patient with a history of SOB, and dunno what, with a K/C/O of severe AS, and alcoholic liver disease started coughing badly, tachypnoiec. Haemoptysis all the way. Sp02 dropped badly. Peripheral cyanosis noted. Widespread crepitations heard all over the lungs.
Impression - pulmonary edema
Management? - Neb O2, ABG, ..dunno if lasix given...
anyway, should we have treated it like an emergency?

Of course, I do not know about what is going on that time, was helping her spit out blood while the houseman took her Arterial blood. I was half suspecting she may not make it.
THis morning, I was told she passed away.

Question is, should we have been more aggresive in managing her status?
