hahahah....clinical examination.....wah siap got notes some more...good....always feel good and encouraged to see some other colleagues who are so passionate, "bersemangat" to do something....me here, sometimes cant help but to ask, "why am I doing all these?"...at times, one cant help but to get discouraged to see his/her notes pilling up at a rate faster than that person can consume....by the time i finish one set of notes, another 3 sets coming in....me also dunno what am i saying la, i am just bogged down with the number of things that i need to know about bone tumors....our topic now is orthopaedics....sigh....couldnot even finished mastering arthritis, and osteomyelitis here comes osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma and buddies....sigh.....manchester united drew pulak....nistelrooy missed penalty.....so i lost one free meal.....
