Months ago, the first email came.

The Big Thing ! So it says. There is going to be a Big Gathering for
ACS folks, far and wide, to gather on a big scale for one last time, before
we are too old or too worked up or too married or too unmarried, too
successful or too unsuccessful to meet up again, as natural, school, young
friends.

After that, silence. Some even asked, was that a hangat-hangat tahi
ayam
thing?

Haha, honestly, I did get discouraged a bit by the initial lukewarm
response. I myself am doubtful about how successful this can be. Would
everyone come? Would everyone with comfortable with everyone?

What about past enmity? What about past rivalry?

HAha.......... maybe, but then there are also the encouraging ones, the
supportive ones, the passionate ones.... when is theBigthing? Tell me
when--- I'll be there !!!

Well, the so-called CORE organising team, after contemplating and
stealing
time, and also burdened with their own work and schedules, has finally
come
up with a final plan.

I hope, we can accomodate the arrangements.

1. Date: 26th Oct 2003
> > Time: 12.30pm - 3.30pm
> > Venue: Ipoh Club
> > Fee: RM26 per pax


2. It will be on 26th, NOT 25th... it will be a lunch....

3. Please response by sending an email to thebigthingACS@hotmail.com with
the title "I'll Be There - " to help us keep track of the ppl
coming.

4. Please state in the email the number of ticket(seats/person) required
and payment should be settled by 22nd Sept 2003.

5. Option A
1) Read this email
2) Decide wanna come or not (if u can't decide, call elin)
3) Decide wanna bring gf/bf/spouse/husband/wife etc
4) Send email to thebigthingACS@hotmail.com with the title "I'm Be

" and state the number of tickets
5) Prepare the money (Total amount = RM26 x 'number of ticket')
6) Go to nearest Bank Bumiputra Commerce
7) Bank in the money

8) Keep the bank slip
9) Send an sms to 012-5561918 with the following information - name,
amount, bank-in date and bank-in time
10) A confirmation sms will be sent to u.

6. Option B
1) Pay in cash to any member of the "imaginary core-team" - fooji,
kaykeat or elin


It is that simple. We need the money before theBIGevent to settle the
deposit (half the amount) for the venue.
We know things can be a bit "RUSHY", so sorry for the bad time management. Please help us by taking the trouble to pay early. Before the Deadline.

Who is invited?: Anyone affiliated to ACS-MGS from the year 1998 - 2001

this means the guys and girls we last met in Form 5, the hunky guys and
gorgeous girls in Form 6. Everyone is also encouraged to bring a
partner -
your girlfriends/boyfriends/spouse, etc
