Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia

At the heart of Kinta Valley. The capital city of the state of Perak. An opposition stronghold. Factory of brilliant people. Desolated through emigration of its inhabitants to other parts of the country and overseas. Yet... it is forever remembered by its people.

YITEA winners: flying visit to Seattle..

It might be the most envying experience and vibe from 3 groups of yitea winners, which abandoned me (or us?) a great contrast of jealousy while reading their excitement in today's starEducation. Chinese saying is right: "it's better to travel 10,000 miles than to read 10,000 books", but we failed to grab this golden chance to earn this precious and intense experience. Jetlag was rapidly forgotten? Yes! If I can have this opportunity to soar high in the sky and fly further to the home of software blue chips, jumbo jet and starbucks, I can stay vigil for whole week with no doubts! Seattle is a irresistable ambience for eye-opener - a technolgical hotbeds including AT&T, Microsoft Redmond campus, REI Flagship Store, Seattle Times and Boeing Airplane factory.

A mixture strong sense of discomfort, regret and utterly bereft.. We have our own unique idea which can benefit nations, but merely can't get recognition from the panel of judges, or unforeseen by them? Otherwise, we might be the trio who step in Seattle arrogantly. Agree?
