Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia

At the heart of Kinta Valley. The capital city of the state of Perak. An opposition stronghold. Factory of brilliant people. Desolated through emigration of its inhabitants to other parts of the country and overseas. Yet... it is forever remembered by its people.

The Amitb guy is back on action!

Yes, after his unknown times of pasting notice in front of the main rustic door, which giving "achtung" to those who are "no-manners" and don't show their majestic courtesy with the following of their "hons" when pay a visit, now he is back on action to paste another notice with even more "achtung" to house tenants.

This time needs much sober attention as he declared his theory as Terms and Conditions. The list of 6 rules must be obeyed or the tenant will be set off, as he stated that the his privileged right reservation to order someone who is "disobedient" to shift out within 2 weeks! Marmamiya! What's the two-month deposits for as you can misuse the privilege to kick someone off whenever you like. It's the act of a tyrant, or an evil in disguise.

In his notice, he had used unsavoury and coarse words, reflecting a testament to his monstrous behaviour and unsatisfaction. In order to accentuate how sore he was, he highlighted or made capital letters or bolded some "key points" to pronounce the effects. It is much offensive while you are hoping others to show their well-manners so that their family can proud of them, likewise you somewhat might be echoed as the one whose family will feel humiliated on your cocky!

I don't think I am 100% correct to denounce much here, as I hope to stay there in harmony, or at least no embarrassment while we encounter face-to-face. Albeit the 6 rules stated are more adherent to my roommate, but I wonder whether it is the best way of problem-solving. Sometimes I might fathom his situation, but why not settle any dispute in a round table and come out with the consensus, instead of writing those soundless warnings. If we really hope for "Amitahba", it should be entrenched in deep-seated mindset and be a well brought up human being, and not writing the slogan anywhere arrogantly.

I adopt a hands-off appoach in facing this circumstance, to shrug off any criticism..
