From Jalan Lahat, ( ACS Ipoh on your right) go straight, no major turns till you see Sekolah Memandu Sepakat on your left, and a row of shophouses on your right.

You should see a Sanyo signboard on one of the shophouses. Prepare to turn right, (there will be no traffic lights, so have to watch out for incoming cars, it is a 2 way road), Stop when you see Restoran Ameeth, and turn into the small road.

Go straight,( you will see a field with a Tabika and with playground stuff, with houses at the perimeter. A square of sorts. ) Go straight some more, till you have to turn left or right. Turn left and look for house no. 51. My house would be on your right.
