Klang - a health hazard

Not trying to complain, but actually, I realise that the lifestyle here is quite bad for health

1) the water here smells one kind, and sometimes there is no water also, and when the supply returns - teh tarik colour yang keluar.... this is the kind of water that we drink all the time...and no money to buy filter leh....

2) The kind of food that we eat - too much of carbohydrates that make you fat, and too much oil, and the taste is bad...

3) The kind of bathroom that we have - dirty la...

4) The lack of time for proper sports everyday

5) the tendency to cook supper- thus adding the carbohydrate intake...

that is why, I am getting fatter, sicker, slower, stupider.......

Klang oh klang....
